Wholesale Export Terms
Terms are negotiable to satisfy all parties.
Free Labeling:
For international orders we offer free translation and labeling of front and back product labels from 5000 pcs of one particular product, for smaller orders it would be necessary to adjust product cost or we can offer for a small fee a small black and white label over the product back label with the text supplied by the buyer. However we require deposit before shipment to cover our costs.
We also offer private labeling according to the customer.
Packing:
Products are packed in cartons and on palettes. Number of pieces of products in one carton or on one palette are available in the product list and price list.
Distribution in EU:
Products have all approvals that should be valid in the whole EU; it may be only necessary to register on the national market, which is just administrative, reporting act.
Delivery Terms:
As a standard we offer goods "Ex Works" manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic (EXW Incoterms 2000), but after discussion we can arrange other terms including shipping according to the buyer's needs.
Payment terms:
We accept any secured payment for the goods such as Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) or if the buyer prefers advance payment or cash payment on time of shipment.
