Product Description:
Calming Balm for Swollen and Tired Legs with legactif, horse chestnut and comfrey. Legactif is a special mix of herbal extracts with clinically proven effects against tired leg syndrome. It reduces swelling of calves and ankles, it helps to relax the cardiovascular system, decreases itchiness and helps eliminate visible capillaries. Legactif is composed of extracts of butcher's broom (ruscus aculeatus), goldenrod (woundwort, solidago virgaurea) and lemon tree. These herbs contain the active substances: rutin, flavonoids, nargin and hesperidin. Menthol and peppermint have a moderate cooling effect, refresh the legs and reduce their swelling. Active ingredients from horse chestnut (HCSE) increase the resilience of capillaries and improve venous tonus. This preparation is also suitable against problems with varicose ulcers and similar conditions. In the case of all the mentioned problems it is recommended to avoid high temperatures, bathing in hot water as well as sitting or standing for a long time. Being overweight or having high blood pressure can also cause negative effects. Cold pressed hemp oil is used in the preparations, which retains the contents of the oil in their natural state. Hemp oil has very favourable effects on the skin and its regeneration, even with chronic dermatological problems. Horse chestnut has been used since time immemorial for healing horse tendons. This product is not artificially scented. A slight turbidity is caused by the hemp oil content.
